Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

Warenpost/DHL Kleinpaket:

Estimated delivery within 3-5 Business Days for domestic orders. 

Warenpost International Premium:

Estimated delivery within 5-10 Business Days for international orders.

(INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE, PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN MAKING AN ORDER.)


Processing and Cancellation Time:

  1. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days after payment confirmation(given that a preorder warning has not been issued). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
  2. Items purchased for PREORDER are yet to be manufactured and will have a longer processing time.
    1. An estimated shipping date will be given in the preorder warning attached to all preorder items. 
    2. Once we have received the items a confirmation email will be sent letting you know when you order will be shipped.
  3. Please note that once your order is processed for shipping with a tracking number, we are unable to cancel your order. 
  4. You can cancel the order within 12 hours after the order was placed by contacting us via email address: [info@soulpact.co]
  5. To cancel orders featuring items with a preorder warning you have the length of time stated in the preorder warning.

Shipping Costs:

  1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and destination.
  2. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the final payment.

Order Tracking:

  1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 
  2. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on DHL website.
  3. If you have not received your tracking number please contact [info@soulpact.co]

International Shipping:

  1. For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes.

Please note that we reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time. Any changes to our shipping policy will be communicated on our website.
